Sol Y Mar Riva Beach, due to open during June 2010, is the largest in a complex of three five-star standard hotels close to the heart of Sharm El-Sheikh. Each has its own distinct character, style and amenities with the additional benefit of many shared facilities including the luxurious and well equipped Tranquillity Spa. 

Sol Y Mar Riva Beach is more than just a luxurious hotel.  It’s the entertainment capital of Sharm with two cinemas and a theatre in its huge lobby located just minutes from Sharm El-Sheikh International Airport and 15 minutes from the vibrant downtown nightlife of Naama Bay. Guests of Sol Y Mar Riva Beach have access to 300 metres of private sandy beach in the Nabq Bay nature and wildlife preserve.  The hotel offers a variety of restaurants, cafes, swimming pools, activities organised by a multi-lingual animation team, cinemas, theatre, fully equipped gym, watersports centre and bowling lanes. 

Facilities

Individual Hotel facilities are extended through access to a number of shared facilities and leisure amenities.  All guests have exclusive use of a 300 metre long private beach in Nabq Bay wildlife preserve as well as an 18,000 metre lake that hosts various water sports activities and a diving school.  Tennis courts are universally available to any guest .A range of indulgent and revitalising Thalassotherapy treatments at the Tranquillity Spa, in addition babysitting service is also available (at an extra charge).

 
Sol Y Mar Riva Beach features a variety of buffet and a la carte restaurants and bars, boutiques, shops and an Internet café as well as swimming pool and separate children’s pool.  Pump iron in the fully equipped gym or enjoy knocking down those pins in the Bowling Centre.  Stars of the show are the Hollywood 1 and Hollywood 2 cinemas which can seat 200 plus movie fans in comfort, the 800 seat Grand Galaxy Theatre for live performances and the Club where grownups can dance the night away.

In addition to the theatre, the hotel boasts a conference room and the board room, fully equipped with the latest AV and presentation systems, which can be booked for business meeting or banquets for anything from 25 – 800 people.

Sol Y Mar Riva Beach offers 280 comfortable and spacious guest rooms that include 28 suites and 56 connecting rooms. All the ground floor rooms are and the suites incorporate a seperate living rooms. All rooms are overlooking the pool, lake or sea and rooms are individually air conditioned with non-smoking rooms available on request.  Housekeeping service is provided daily and a 24-hour room service is available. Rooms are also fully equipped with:
