Hotel facilities are excellent, including a selection of buffet style and a la carte restaurants, bars and discos, shops, heated pools and an on call doctor.  The conference room can accommodate up to 50 seated lecture style or 24 boardroom style and is fully equipped with overhead projectors, screens and flipcharts.  For the guest’s convenience, Iberotel Makadi Beach also offers 24 hour concierge and room service, laundry service and fax and wireless Internet access as well as a regular shuttle bus service to and from Hurghada. The hotel also provides a Kid’s Club (ages 4 – 12) that will keep your youngsters safely occupied with a children's pool and activities, playroom and special menus. Beach Restaurant (Fish Restaurant) offers international cuisine with daily catch of fresh fish.

Zenzana Bar quiet and calm lobby bar offers exotic and contemporary cocktails, fresh fruit juices and drinks.

Pool Bar at the main pool serving chilled alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails and ice creams.

Sun See Bar (Beach Bar) serves refreshing beverages with a view of the beach and the sea.

With a variety of water slides for all ages, Madinat Makadi Aqua Park offers numerous adult water slides including the Family Rafting Slide, Flying Boat, Twister, Turbo Tunnel Slide, Black Hole and many more. As for your younger guests and especially designed for toddlers, amongst the various slides available include the Octopus Slide, Turtle Slide, Clown Shower Slide, Mini Rainbow Slide and many more. The aqua park is available for guests at an extra charge.
